Cubie Returns and Cancellations Policy

1. Order Cancellation
1.1. Orders placed on the Cubie website can be canceled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
1.2. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at jenniekaufmann@gmail.com, including your order details (order number, full name, and purchase date).
1.3. For cancellations made before the product is shipped, a full refund will be provided.
1.4. For cancellations made after the product has been shipped, a refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs (if applicable), provided the product is returned in its original packaging and has not been used.
2. Product Returns
2.1. Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

The product has not been used.

The product is in its original packaging.

The product is undamaged and not custom-made.
2.2. Products custom-made at the client’s request are non-returnable, except in cases where a defect is identified.
2.3. For product returns:

Products can be returned to a designated address in Ra’anana or Tel Aviv.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Defective Products
3.1. If a defective product is received, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email at jenniekaufmann@gmail.com.
3.2. In such cases, customers may choose between:

Replacing the product.

Repairing the product.

Receiving a full refund.
3.3. The company will cover return shipping costs for defective products.
